  • Improve Eating Habits
    • Focus on healthy eating rather than participating in restrictive diets.

    • Carbohydrates do not make you fat. 
    • Protein does not make you fat. 
    • Fat does not make you fat. 
    • Consuming more calories than your body burns will cause you to gain weight. It's that simple.  Bottom line: Don't eliminate or dramatically restrict your intake of carbohydrates, protein or fat.  Just choose the right kinds.  Lean Protein, Whole Grains, and Vegetables.
