Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Place beans, peppers, garlic, chili powder and salt in a food processor and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Sprinkle cornmeal onto a pizza peel or large baking sheet. Roll out the dough and transfer it to the prepared pizza pan, making sure the underside of the dough is completely coated with cornmeal.
Slide the dough onto the baking pan and cook until the bottom begins to crisp, about 5 minutes.
Remove the crust from the oven. Using a large spatula, flip the crust. Spread the bean mixture on the crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Quickly layer on cheese, tomatoes, scallions, olives and pickled jalapeƱos.
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until topping of hot and crust has browned on the bottom.
